The short hotfix addresses poor visuals below the Native setting and misplaced Steam avatars in the pause menu.

PEAK Hotfix 2.4.b targets two presentation problems that can affect co-op climbing runs. One fix addresses Render Scale settings below Native, while the other corrects Steam Avatar placement in the pause menu. Before this hotfix, PEAK’s Patch 2.04.a restored CALDERA and THE KILN to the rotation and added room codes, details available in Patch 2.04.a restored CALDERA and THE KILN to the rotation and added room codes.

The Steam announcement for Hotfix 2.4.b lists a tightly focused set of fixes. Players using a lower Render Scale should see the first change in image quality, and the menu adjustment is aimed at avatars appearing in the wrong location.

No separate rollout time is included with the notice, so it confirms the hotfix scope without establishing when these changes became available.
