Crimson Desert Version 2.01.00 Fixes Camp Bugs and Adds a New Dispatch Mission

The patch is available now on Steam for PC and Mac, with fixes spanning quests, combat, UI, graphics, and localization.

Crimson Desert Version 2.01.00 is now available on Steam for PC and Mac, adding a new Gold Bar Investment Mission while addressing bugs across quests, camp management, combat, menus, graphics, and localization. Pearl Abyss published the full details in its Steam patch announcement. Version 2.01.00 follows Crimson Desert Version 2.00.02, which added a focused cutscene lip-sync improvement and fixes for two gameplay problems.

The update is being distributed across all platforms, but the notice only confirms current availability for Steam (PC) and Steam (Mac). It does not provide separate timing details for other platforms.

Greymane Camp receives several practical fixes. Furniture should no longer appear without its house, camp donation missions now show the correct resource requirement, and Silver donations provide 10 times more Camp Funds. The new Gold Bar Investment Mission also gives players another dispatch option, while horse-riding quests now restore the horse’s health when a player retries.

Combat changes target several awkward edge cases, including interrupted flying with Force Current, unintended Ambush targets, underwater freezes caused by Body Slam, and missing Spirit recovery when using Focus while clinging. Focused Charged Shot now works with a musket, and comrades and mounts should engage nearby enemies correctly in situations where they previously failed to respond.

Mac players using M5 devices get a lighting fix for overly dark indoor areas. Rain and puddles should show less visual noise, and placing outdoor furniture should no longer cause frame-rate drops near fences. The patch also adds a tilted-camera option to photo mode, improves the skill menu’s knowledge indicators, fixes a Spanish voice-language selection problem, and addresses assorted localization errors.

Version 2.01.00 follows the Version 2.00.01 patch, which focused on Arabic text, cutscene lip sync, frame-rate drops, and Mac launch stability.
