Escape the Backrooms’ Lost & Found Update Will Add 7 Skins on October 29
The cosmetics kick off the game's Q4 2026 roadmap, which also includes planned new levels.
Escape the Backrooms will add 7 character skins when its Lost & Found update arrives on October 29, 2026. The developer scheduled the release in its Steam announcement, calling the cosmetic release the opening step of its Q4 roadmap.
Two Wanderer skins will be free: Lost in Transit and Entity 67.
The separate Lost & Found Cosmetic Pack will include five more skins: Remodelling Co. Employee, The Actor, Party Crasher, Misprint, and Black Knight.
New levels are also planned, though the developer has not shared details about them yet. The roadmap follows August’s Plastic Mariana update, which added Level 421.
