The Necromancer class might be the very last in Diablo 3, being considered as part of the full expansion of Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls. Before adding any other classes, it might be needed a new Diablo 3 expansion, in order to get any more content to Diablo itself. So, if you’re an optimist, then you better reconsider becoming neutral when it comes down to this question.
However, smaller types of patches should be available to Diablo 3, fixing things, as always. At least, when it comes down to Blizzard we know that they hate to see when something’s broken and they get rid of it instantly. This also means that the missing classes from Diablo 2 will not be transferred to Diablo 3, and even if that happens, we’re more than sure that we’ll wait more than 5-6 years according to what has been added to Diablo 3 over the past years.
After the Necromancer pack, we do not believe there will be any new content coming to Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls unless we witness another expansion or in last case scenario, witness an announcement of an upcoming Diablo 4, which is going to offer a completely different style.
