BeamNG.drive v0.40.1 Fixes a Split-Screen Hang and Mod-Map Bug

The October 20 hotfix also corrects trailer weight, tow-hitch stability, Career Tutorial popups, and vehicle issues.

BeamNG.drive v0.40.1, released October 20, fixes a split-screen settings hang tied to custom vehicle configurations and a mod-map ground-plane error that could make vehicles appear to drive in midair. The official Steam changelog also covers crash behavior, trailer loads, tow-hitch stability, AI, and Career Mode.

Vehicle changes include a fix for the Vivace/Tograc front bumper bar spiking in crashes, correction of excessive weight in loaded FPU Box Trailer configurations, and matching load amounts for double and single pallet stacks. Generic tow hitches also receive a stability improvement intended to reduce physics problems. The hotfix addresses an AI issue involving missing signalsData and stuck Career Tutorial popups. A small flatbed typo gets fixed too, taking the changes from vehicle physics down to the floor text.
