War Thunder’s Military Survival Kit Is Now Available for 60,000 Silver Lions
Players with a purchased researchable Rank II or higher vehicle can buy the kit through September 25 at 11:00 GMT without needing a key.
War Thunder players can now spend 60,000 Silver Lions on the Military Survival Kit, a limited Item Shop reward pool containing vehicles, camouflages, decals, decorations, profile icons, loading screens, consumables, and more. It is available from August 27 at 11:00 GMT until September 25 at 11:00 GMT.
Buying the kit does not require a key, but the account must have purchased at least one researchable vehicle at Rank II or higher. Gaijin Entertainment detailed the rules and reward pool in its Steam announcement.
Most rewards are credited immediately, although some can arrive as coupons unless the item is marked as account-only. Several rewards from past events are appearing as coupons for the first time, which also means they can be traded on the Market.
How the Military Survival Kit works
The kit remains available in the Item Shop until September 25 at 11:00 GMT. At that time, any unopened Military Survival Kits will disappear from player inventories, so opening them before the deadline is essential.
The reward system mixes immediately activated items with coupons. Vehicles marked as account-only are activated directly, while other vehicles can be credited directly or delivered as coupons. The same general rule applies to many decorations and decals.

The IS-7 is the especially rare prize in the pool. Its chance is far lower than the other vehicles, at around 0,001%.
Camouflages, decals, and profile rewards
Camouflages are available as coupons only. Examples include the F-106A City of Jacksonville anniversary camouflage, which is appearing as a coupon for the first time, along with the F-14A IRIAF Experimental camouflage, the F11F-1 Blue Angels camouflage, the Leopard 2AV Bundeswehr camouflage, the F4D-1 Blue Nemesis camouflage, and the HMS Renown Tricolor geometric camouflage.
Decorations include the Infantry helmet M51 of 1957, MAT-49, Voltigeurs emblem, Emergency vehicle lighting, Training mine, Raid Backpack, Davy Crockett, BMX, Jet ski, Sailing catamaran, and several historical firearms such as the SVT-40, M1 Carbine, Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk1, Gewehr 41 (Walther), Arisaka Type 44, PPS, MP-40, STEN, and M1928A1 Thompson.
The decal pool ranges from military unit emblems to more playful designs. Rewards include the emblems of the 11th Shock Parachute Regiment, the Royal Marines, the Russian Marine Corps, the California Air National Guard, and the 1st Airborne Brigade, Japan. Players can also receive Gold Beach, Utah Beach, Kagoshima, Sakurajima volcano, Echidna, Harpy, Cerberus, Basilisk, and Minotaur decals, along with designs such as BMX Racing, Paragliding, Surfing, Windsurfing, and Wingsuiting.
Profile icons include Veteran of the French Legion, Test driver, Bundeswehr Infantryman, Skilled Marksman, Chinese paratrooper, Indian Pilot, Jalil Zandi, MotoLady, and Girl scout. These can be activated on the account or received as coupons.
Six loading screens are included as account-only rewards. They feature the Panhard E.B.R. (1963), Object 248, SPz 12-3 LGS, Sholef V.1, WZ-141-1, and IJN Shisaka. The kit also awards an Italian Naval Jack maritime flag directly to the account.
Silver Lions and consumables
Not every opening has to produce a vehicle or cosmetic. The kit can also award between 10,000 and 1,000,000 Silver Lions, along with several consumable items:

The announcement also teases an experimental machine being prepared at one of NASA’s research centers. It does not name the machine, but says more information will arrive soon.
