SCS Software has introduced Inverness as the latest Scottish stop in Euro Truck Simulator 2‘s UK Rework project. The city sits at the mouth of the River Ness, close to Loch Ness, and the team is framing it as a northern gateway into the Highlands.
The new layout leans heavily on the city’s scenery, but it still has room for traffic and haul routes. Drivers will pass the Kessock Bridge, move through a rebuilt city center that includes the Inverness Justice Centre and Caledonian Stadium, and get wide views across the river as they thread through the streets.

There is work on offer as well. SCS says Inverness includes a local oil facility and the Port of Inverness, where a warehouse adds more cargo runs tied to the area’s maritime trade.

The studio said Inverness will arrive as part of the UK Rework project in a future free update for all owners of Euro Truck Simulator 2. If you have a favorite part of Scotland you want to see next, tell us in the comments. You can also follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, Instagram.
