Razorfen Downs is the eastern Razorfen dungeon in the far south of the Barrens. It sits near the Great Lift, across the road from the Kraul approach, so check which instance your group means before heading into the thorns.

How to Reach the Entrance
- Travel south through the Barrens towards the Great Lift and the border with Thousand Needles.
- Take the eastern approach into Razorfen Downs, with the entrance area around 50.9, 92.9 on the Barrens map.
- Move through the outdoor approach to the instance portal. Meet the group there rather than at the neighbouring Razorfen Kraul entrance.
Alliance and Horde Travel
Horde characters can come south from Camp Taurajo. Alliance parties can approach through the southern Barrens from Dustwallow Marsh. The lift is a useful landmark, but you should not descend into Thousand Needles when your destination is the dungeon above it.
Before You Go
Myriam Moonsinger and the enemies for A Host of Evil are outside the instance. A quest marker on that outdoor slope is not necessarily the portal itself. The Kraul entrance farther west is also a different dungeon, despite the similar name.
Check outdoor objectives before entering, particularly if you intend to finish A Host of Evil on the same visit. Clearing the exterior with the group is easier to coordinate before the tank and healer have already crossed the portal.
