Apex Legends Update Removes Bloodhound Ultimate Exploit
The August 19 update targets a Level 3 Upgrade interaction that gave Bloodhound unusually quick access to their Ultimate.
Apex Legends has removed an exploit that let Bloodhound players reach their Ultimate quickly through Level 3 Upgrades. The fix is included in the game’s August 19 Steam update notice, dated for 3:30 p.m. PT.
The update contains one listed change, focused entirely on Bloodhound’s upgrade path. Players should no longer be able to use the exploit to gain rapid Ultimate access through Level 3 Upgrades.
It follows another August 19 fix that addressed the Ascended Hunt Daily Challenge, giving the game two separate fixes on the same day.
