Team Fortress 2 received a new update on July 16, 2026. Valve says the patch will apply automatically the next time players restart the game, with changes covering the Taxi Cabbed war paint, tournament medals, and the koth_dryfield map.

The update fixes sticker texture settings and an incorrect wear texture for Taxi Cabbed. On koth_dryfield, it addresses a teleporter prison exploit, repairs broken geometry near the RED hut, and improves access to the balcony section. The official Team Fortress update notice also lists several smaller map fixes and additions.
