A hotfix landed for Rematch on September 11th, 2025. Patch 3 Hotfix 1, version 1.200.302, fixes a control preset bug that could stop player movement and reduces token costs for final Battle Pass tiers.
The update addresses a critical issue where selecting the Mouse & Keyboard “Double Thumb Buttons” or “Complex Thumb Buttons” control presets could prevent the player from moving their character. That problem affected movement across matches and was prioritized because it could block basic gameplay. The fix applies to the current release on PC. No platform-specific exceptions are listed in the announcement.
The hotfix also restores access to the final Battle Pass tiers for players who completed their pass before Patch 3. The total Tokens required for those tiers is now reduced from 315 to 150, and players who spent Tokens before the change will be refunded the difference for each tier they unlocked. Full details are in the Patch 3 Hotfix #1 – 1.200.302 announcement.
