Pokémon GO Wild Area’s Mexico City weekend will bring more than in-game encounters, with Pikachu and Eevee meet-and-greets, artist sessions, and community activities running November 6 through 8. Niantic’s Mexico City event details spread those activities across landmarks, parks, and local businesses.
Meet Pokémon and community figures at Monumento a la Revolución
Pikachu and Eevee will appear at Monumento a la Revolución for photos from 10:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. CST and again from 3:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. CST each day. The meet-and-greets pause from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., and weather or other unforeseen circumstances could change or cancel the schedule.
Ticket holders can also meet community Trainers at the monument. Swaggron333, Neludia, Alex y Tely, and Martogalde are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to noon each day, followed by Keibron Gamer, The Trainer Club, and Rochababyface from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Lines may close early if they reach capacity.
Life-sized statues of the team leaders will be placed at several locations around the city, though specific statue locations weren’t provided. Parque Hundido will host photo opportunities and Pikachu visors while supplies last.
Jardín Pushkin will host artists and player support
Jardín Pushkin brings together several activities. A Player Support tent will take questions about the game, while the Belonging Booth will offer a welcoming space for neurodivergent players and players with disabilities, along with family services and information about event accommodations.
Community Ambassadors from around the world will meet at Parque México from November 6 through 8. New players can also learn about the Community Ambassador and Wayfarer programs and ways to get involved with local Pokémon GO groups.
Artists who work on Pokémon GO will meet visitors at Jardín Pushkin. On November 6, Jonathan Glabas and Jason Marino are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to noon, with Kaan Kayimoglu and Jose Deschamps from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. On November 7, Jason Marino and Kaan Kayimoglu take the morning session, followed by Jason Marino and Jose Deschamps in the afternoon. City stops include Mexicráneos and limited-edition visors

One installation will also be a stop on the Día de Muertos Stamp Rally, whose route includes the Mexicráneo and Ángel de la Independencia location.

Pikachu, Hawlucha, and Machamp visors will be distributed at Monumento a la Revolución, Parque México, Jardín Pushkin, Cinépolis Diana, Liverpool Polanco, and Parque Hundido. Quantities are limited and distribution is first come, first served. Timing may vary by location.
Cinépolis Diana, beside the Diana Cazadora statue, will host event decorations and themed photo opportunities from November 5 through 9.
