Dead by Daylight 10.2.2 Revises Dark Arrogance, Sets Lights Out for Nov. 5
The notes also list fixes for map collisions, character audio, crashes, and event-specific issues, while Lights Out will run Nov. 5-12, 2026.

Dead by Daylight’s 10.2.2 bugfix notes change Dark Arrogance so its basic-attack cooldown reduction applies to successful, missed, and obstructed attacks. The notes also schedule Lights Out: Stranger Things Edition for Nov. 5-12, 2026, and cover fixes for multiple maps, character audio, crashes, and event modes. Behaviour Interactive published the 10.2.2 notes on Steam.
The 10.2.0 perk changes had limited Dark Arrogance’s cooldown reduction to missed attacks. Version 10.2.2 extends it to successful and obstructed attacks too, but lowers the reduction to 10% from 15/20/25%. The perk still grants 15/20/25% faster basic vaults, while blinds and Pallet stuns still last 25% longer.
Other fixes address missing hit sounds for several Killers, blocked projectiles and generator interactions on maps, and crashes during map generation or loading. The notes also include a batch of Lights Out fixes, from lantern animations to chest spawns.

Killer Perk Updates
Dark Arrogance
- You basic-vault Windows 15/20/25% faster.
- Your basic-attack cooldown is 10% shorter. (was only missed, and 15/20/25%)
- Whenever you are blinded or Pallet-stunned, the duration is 25% longer.
Dev note: The team has heard the feedback that the PTB to Live change for Dark Arrogance was an overcorrection. The basic-attack cooldown will apply to all outcomes (missed, obstructed, successful), at a smaller reduction percentage. We will continue monitoring to see if further adjustments are needed in a future update.
