Apex Legends Fixes Ascended Hunt’s Three-Wild-Card Daily Challenge
The August 19, 2026 update makes the task to level up all three wild cards in one match completable as intended.
Apex Legends fixed an Ascended Hunt Daily Challenge in its August 19, 2026 update. The task now works as intended when players raise all three wild cards during a single match, according to the game’s latest Steam update.
The challenge is part of the Ascended Hunt event, which is running from August 18 through September 8, 2026. The event adds special Wildcard powers and rewards, giving players another reason to queue into the mode during its limited run.

This update focuses on the Daily Challenge’s completion condition. Its only posted change is the following fix:
- FIXED: The Ascended Hunt Daily Challenge to “level up all 3 wild cards in a single match” can now be completed as intended
