Steam’s Library Update is Now Available to Everyone

Steam has just made the Library Update available to everyone by publishing it to the standalone version of the launcher. Until this very moment, the improved library was available to those who have opted for the Beta version of the launcher. Now, it is accessible worldwide!

Not only that, the Library Update makes your game repository look fancy but also allows a better overview of who of your friends is playing your most favorite game, how many hours they’ve poured into, and more with just a click.

Its functionality remains vigilant, whereas a single click of a button determines the necessary output. From news section related to your current games to your last time played, everything is just in one place. You could also add a Shelf and customize it according to your will.

Steam has just disclosed this info on their official Twitter Profile, releasing the full on-point Library Features:

The update will probably need some time to spread across multiple download servers, so you may wait for a bit longer until you get the download prompt.

I've spent half of my life playing video games, ever since the competitive 1.6 era. Now I am happily married to Margarita Kicevski, and have two beautiful children. My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
