Dune: Awakening’s 1.4.10.1 hotfix trims stutter and cleans up the building menu
Funcom said the update is a client-side download, and players may need to restart Steam if it does not appear on its own.

Funcom has pushed out Dune: Awakening 1.4.10.1 as a hotfix that focuses on PSO stutters, building menu cleanup, and a pair of bug fixes tied to movement and cargo handling. It also adds a small pathing aid for the Sample Recovery Landsraad mission.
The hotfix requires a client-side download. If it does not appear automatically, players should restart Steam. Servers are coming back up shortly.
Patch Notes
This update leans most heavily on performance work and building tools. It also tweaks one Landsraad mission route and closes out a couple of odd teleport cases.
CHANGES
- Further improvements to considerably reduce PSO stutters in the game.
- Updated the building menu layout to prevent overlaps with required materials while displaying up to 10 building sets at once.
- The building menu prompts (Z, C, and the arrow buttons) are now clickable with the mouse.
- Added footprints to the sand between the rock islands during the Sample Recovery Landsraad mission, making the path easier to follow.
- Removed a placeholder category from the Sub-Fief Console building limitation window.
FIXES
- Fixed an issue where a player would get teleported from a specific place in O’odham to the Mysa Tarill Contemplation Room entrance area.
- Fixed an issue where lowering a cargo container through a horizontal pentashield could cause it to teleport outside the base.
