This Doom mod lets you climb into 28 different mechs and stomp demons
MechDoomer: Rebooted launched in 1.0 after two years in development and folds in mech customization, cockpit view, and cross-mod compatibility.

MechDoomer: Rebooted has reached 1.0 after two years in development, bringing a very different flavor of demon-slaying to Doom: 28 pilotable mechs, cockpit views, and enough customization to let the whole thing turn into a scrapyard brawl.
Redxone’s mod blends Doom with MechWarrior style combat, changes the UI, and adds mech-assault movement plus customizable weapon slots. The full lineup is split across light, medium, heavy, and assault classes, with familiar names like the Atlas, Crab, and Kit Fox among the 28 machines you can drive.
The trailer also shows some third-person footage, and Redxone says the mechs are fully customizable in scale so they can work with a wide range of level geometry. On the Doomworld forums, Redxone said you can leave your mech whenever you want, which should help the mod play nicely with other additions, and the team behind the Halo Doom mod said on X that it works with “almost any weapon and monster mod you like to normally run” in a post here below:
Our programmer recently released 1.0 of his personal project Mech Doomer Rebooted! A comprehensive mech warrior mod for doom! it's compatible with almost any weapon and monster mod you like to normally run! Even halo doom is compatible with it! Download today, and stomp some…
