War Thunder Is Asking Players to Judge Its Last Year of Updates

The five-to-10-minute questionnaire covers everything released between the Leviathans and Heavy Cavalry major updates.

Gaijin Entertainment is asking War Thunder players to rate the game’s past year of additions in a new survey. The questionnaire covers the period from the Leviathans major update in June 2025 through the Heavy Cavalry update in June 2026, and the developer outlined the request in its Steam announcement.

The survey looks at a broad range of changes from that period, including new ground vehicles, aircraft, ships, reworked maps, visual updates, gameplay additions, and control changes. Gaijin said the game received six major updates and hundreds of new vehicles during the year.

Players are asked to share what worked for them, what failed to leave an impression, and which additions they found disappointing. Gaijin said the feedback will help guide the game’s future development, so the questionnaire is aimed at getting direct opinions rather than simple approval ratings.

The survey takes around five to 10 minutes to complete. It will remain open until August 14, 2026, at 12:00 UTC. Players can access it through the official War Thunder survey.

What the Survey Covers

  • New ground vehicles, aircraft, and ships
  • Map reworks
  • Gameplay additions
  • Graphics and visual changes
  • Control updates

The survey gives tankers, pilots, and captains a chance to weigh in before the August 14 deadline. Share your thoughts in the comments, and follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, and Instagram.
