STALCRAFT: X Sends Players Back Into the Zone With New Summer Missions
The event is live on NEA and SEA servers through September 2, with Journey Tokens, exclusive gear rewards, and new community goals.

STALCRAFT: X has launched the “To the Zone — departure and return” event on NEA and SEA servers. The summer activity is live through September 2, giving players four groups of missions, shared community objectives, and an event shop filled with consumables, upgrade materials, cosmetics, and gear styles.
EXBO announced the event and its regional changes in a Steam announcement. The event is built for both returning players and those still working through the game’s main storyline. Key objectives are tied to story progress, so players who have already completed the relevant sections will have every challenge available immediately.
The headline rewards include The Lone Hunter outfit, a K2 Assault Rifle Ticket, consumables, gear upgrade materials, and Season Pass points. The ticket can be used to craft the K2 Assault Rifle and upgrade it to the Master-tier K2C1.

How the event works
Players can open the Event Hub from the in-game menu and select “To the Zone — departure and return.” The event page contains four challenge groups. Each group has a key objective that must be completed before the next group opens, although finishing the related storyline beforehand unlocks the challenges at once.

Challenges come in multiple difficulty levels. Completing them awards consumables and Journey Tokens, the currency used in the event shop. Finishing every challenge in a group grants an exclusive reward, while harder missions and later groups provide better payouts.
Every completed challenge also contributes to a shared progress bar. Community milestones grant extra Journey Tokens to all players, and the third and fifth milestones unlock cosmetic items in the shop for everyone.
Regional shop and localization changes
Starting July 15, 2026, most in-game shop prices were reduced for the SEA and NEA regions. Players who purchased shop items from the beginning of the current season until the reduction will receive the difference automatically. Anyone who does not receive that compensation within two weeks can contact the EXBO Support website.
The update also confirms that STALZONE received a GRAC 19+ rating, allowing development and operation to continue in Korea. The Korean localization was adjusted during the rating process, and some content restricted by Korean law and GRAC requirements is no longer available in that region. EXBO said it plans to run an in-game localization survey toward the end of the season.

Then click To the Zone — departure and return event.
Or click on the To the Zone — departure and return event in the list on the left side of the screen.
In the opened screen, scroll down to see the challenges.
Groups of challenges
Challenges are tasks that you can complete while playing the game. They are combined into 4 groups.
Each group has a key objective that is required to be completed in order to move to the next challenge group.
Key objectives are marked with a special sign.
All key objectives are connected with completing a part of the main storyline. So if you’ve finished it already, you will have all challenges open! And if you are only starting your journey through the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, you will open all challenges gradually while progressing in the game.
Difficulty
Challenges are split into different difficulty levels within each group.
The higher the difficulty, the greater the reward!
Rewards also get better as you move from one group to another.
Rewards
For completing a challenge, you receive useful consumables and Journey Tokens.
Journey Tokens are the event currency used in the event shop.
You also get exclusive rewards for completing all challenges in one group!
Community goals
Team up with other players: every challenge contributes to a shared goal. Track your progress using the special bar on the event page.
Reaching milestones rewards each player with additional tokens!
Reaching the 3rd and 5th milestones also unlocks cosmetic rewards in the shop for all players. Help your community unlock all rewards and make sure no prize is left behind!
Event Shop
Before you unlock the full range of shop content by reaching community goals, you’ll have access to a wide selection of consumables and gear upgrade items. Those who’ve spent time in the Zone know how valuable these are so don’t miss the chance to stock up!
But the real rewards unlock when the community hits 3rd and 5th goals!
The Masters of the Zone have brought out some of their finest work — a selection of rare armor and weapon styles.
Styles are cosmetic items that change the appearance of your gear. Each one is designed for specific equipment, so better check compatibility before you buy them.
These are the real gems! Make sure to grab a style before the event ends. Only the Zone knows when they’ll be available again.

Shop prices adjustment
We have carefully reviewed player feedback and decided to revise the prices of in‑game shop items for the SEA and NEA regions.
Starting 15 July 2026, prices for the majority of items in the in‑game shop will be reduced. We intend to maintain prices at the new level, but we will continue to monitor the in‑game economy, regional conditions and your feedback. If circumstances require further price policy adjustments, we will notify you in advance.
Players who made purchases in the in‑game shop from the start of the current season until the price reduction will be compensated the difference between the previous and the new prices. Compensation will be issued automatically. If you do not receive your compensation within two weeks, please contact our EXBO Support website.
NEA update
STALZONE has received a GRAC 19+ rating. This enables us to continue developing and operating in the Korean region.
During the rating process, the Korean localization of the game was adjusted. We aimed to make the text clear and comfortable for a broad audience. As a result, the tone of some lines, names, and phrasing has been softened compared with the original version.
It is important for us to know whether we have preserved the atmosphere and character of STALZONE. After the updated localization is released, please share your impressions. If the new presentation appears overly softened or insufficiently faithful to the spirit of the game, we will carefully review feedback and try to restore the usual narrative style wherever possible. Toward the end of the season we plan to run an in‑game localization survey to collect more comprehensive feedback.
Some changes also affected gameplay itself. Certain content restricted by Korean law and GRAC requirements is no longer available to players in the Korean region.
We sincerely regret that we cannot offer Korean players the game exactly as originally intended. We tried to limit changes to the minimum necessary for release and continued operation in the region.
We appreciate your understanding and welcome constructive feedback. It will help us improve the Korean version without losing the beloved STALZONE atmosphere.
