Squad 10.6 Hotfix 2 Fixes Revive Desync Behind Delayed Teleports

The changelog lists one server fix for a client and server falling out of sync after a revive.

Squad 10.6 Hotfix 2 addresses a synchronization problem that could cause delayed teleportation and a later resync after a player was revived. Offworld Industries lists one server fix in its Squad 10.6 Hotfix 2 notes.

The fix follows 10.6 Hotfix 1, which covered party interface and server-browser problems along with a server crash issue. That earlier batch focused on several areas, while Hotfix 2’s listed change targets the disruption players could see after being brought back into a match. Squad 10.6 Hotfix 1’s fixes did not include this revive-related desynchronization.
