Pokémon Pokopia’s Next Expansion Waves Still Have No Exact Launch Dates

Part 2 is planned for late 2026, while Part 3 will add another town sometime in 2027.

Pokémon Pokopia‘s Expansion Pass will continue with two more content waves after Bubbly Basin, but neither Part 2 nor Part 3 has an exact launch date yet.

The first wave, Bubbly Basin, is scheduled to arrive on August 4, 2026. It will add a new town to explore and introduce the Dive skill through the accompanying free update, which will be available to all players.

When Will Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass Part 2 Launch?

Part 2 is planned for late 2026, though The Pokémon Company has not shared a specific day. This wave will focus on customization and collection rather than adding another town.

Players can expect wearable accessories for both their character and Pokémon. The content will also add more Pokémon and new furniture for building and decorating in Pokopia.

The Expansion Pass costs $34.99 for existing owners, according to the previously announced pricing details. A bundle containing the base game and the pass costs $104.99, with regional prices subject to change.

Pokémon Pokopia’s Expansion Pass pricing also covers what each of the three waves will include.

When Will Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass Part 3 Launch?

Part 3 has an even broader release window. The final wave is planned for 2027, but no quarter or specific date has been announced.

Its main addition will be another new town for players to discover. The Pokémon Company has not revealed the area’s theme or any of the Pokémon, furniture, or gameplay features that will accompany it.

A first-quarter 2027 release is possible based on the current schedule, but that timing has not been confirmed. A fuller reveal could arrive around Pokémon Day 2027 or earlier.

For now, the schedule looks like this:

  • Part 1: Bubbly Basin — August 4, 2026
  • Part 2 — Late 2026
  • Part 3 — 2027

The first wave will give players the new Bubbly Basin town, while the second wave will bring accessories, additional Pokémon, and furniture. Part 3 will then close out the pass with another town, although its details remain under wraps.
