Peak has a new maintenance update on Steam: Patch 1.47.a goes live with a fresh map rotation and several fixes, and the developer has also launched official merch through three vendors. The announcement says the update mostly tweaks maps and cleans up a clutch of bugs players were hitting in matches. Offline Mode selects maps so they line up with the online rotation using the local system clock, prevents quitting from the pause menu during end credits from breaking your game, stops certain unpocketable items from being pocketed while climbing, and fixes a controller sprint input that failed to end a sprint.
ConsolePCGaming previously covered Peak’s recent maintenance rhythm when Patch 1.44.a fixed gamepad sensitivity and buffed the Scout Cannon, and 1.47.a continues that steady cadence of small gameplay fixes and map rotation updates rather than sweeping balance changes.
Alongside the patch, the developer announced official merchandise in collaboration with third parties. The launch includes a Mighty Merch collection with stickers, a T-shirt, a notebook, pins, and a hat at Mighty Merch. Fangamer has T-shirts, hats, and prints available via region links at Fangamer Europe and Fangamer Worldwide. YouTooz opened limited-time preorders for a figurine and a keychain at YouTooz. Players should consult the vendor pages for shipping estimates.
Patch Notes – 1.47.a
MAJOR FIXES
- Players playing in Offline Mode will now most likely get the same map rotation as they would if they were playing online (based on their local system clock)
- Quitting from the pause menu during end-game credits will no longer break your game.
- Fixed an issue where unpocketable items (Mandrakes, Scorpions, etc) could be pocketed while climbing under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where pressing the Sprint input on controller while sprinting would not end the sprint.
MINOR FIXES
- Fixed an issue where cooking Fortified Milk multiple times without putting it away would continue to stack the amount of invincibility it gave you.
- Fixed an issue where lava pools would not damage you unless you were over halfway submerged in them (careful!)
- Fixed an issue where certain weather conditions (Rain, Snowstorm) could cause the player to regenerate stamina while holding still on a wall.
