No Man’s Sky 7.03 Is Live on Steam With Alliance and Station Fixes

The patch adds alliance banner colors, improves rendering performance, and addresses crashes tied to ships, inventory, physics, and geometry streaming.

No Man’s Sky patch 7.03 is live on Steam as of September 16, giving Cosmos players another round of bug fixes and performance work. Hello Games said the update will come to other platforms as soon as possible.

Alliance management, stations, space hulks, and trader ships all receive attention in this build. Players can add more colors to alliance banners, while a recovery fix helps those who could not place exterior parts on their space stations. The patch also adds station decoration items and corrects an issue with placing the Marine Shelter on planetary bases.

Technical changes include better texture compression, improved texture shader performance, and several DLSS FrameGen fixes. Hello Games also addressed crashes connected to ship summoning, inventory rendering, enemy ships, ragdolls, geometry streaming, physics items, and support frigates. The full list appears in the Cosmos 7.03 patch notes.

The update follows No Man’s Sky 7.02, which focused on Corvette problems, space hulk access, a PS5 streaming crash, and other Cosmos issues. Players who still encounter problems can submit a bug report through Hello Games’ support form.
