Niantic Decides to Lower Down the Level Requirement for Attending Raid Battles

After a lot of critics yesterday, today Niantic has announced that the level requirement for joining Raid Battles is now lowered to level 28. After that being said, a lot of players gave Niantic positive for changing the Raid Battles requirement. This also opens a door for players with lower levels to be able to attend the Raid Battles.

Just to make sure everything’s alright, we’ve visited Niantic’s Twitter profile where they’ve confirmed the same.

Trainers Level 28 and above will now be able to participate in Raid Battles at select Gyms around the world.

After receiving such a critics yesterday after disabling more than half of Pokemon Go’s player pool, this is a totally understandable move made by Niantic. Otherwise, god knows how many players would’ve left Pokemon Go for good. At the end of the day, Pokemon Go’s community is saved.
