Innersloth said in a Steam announcement that support for Among Us 2024 versions ended today. If the lower-left corner of your main menu still shows v2024, your copy is in the group that needs attention.
The studio asked players to update to v17.4.0 as soon as possible so they can keep playing without problems. Innersloth tied the change to ongoing work on new features, roles, bug fixes, and improved security, saying that keeping Crewmates on similar versions makes development easier.
The notice is short, but the message is clear. If your game still points to a 2024 build, now is the time to patch before you jump back into another round of tasks, alibis, and sabotage.
