ICARUS Hotfix Targets Mission Structures That Wouldn’t Spawn or Clean Up
Version 3.0.21.155335-rel-DangerousHorizons also addresses structure name collisions and a possible duplicate-spawn issue.

ICARUS received Hotfix Version 3.0.21.155335-rel-DangerousHorizons, with the latest fixes focused on missions that use prebuilt structures. The changes cover cases where mission structures failed to appear, remained after completion, or conflicted with structures from other missions.
RocketWerkz detailed the changes in its Steam announcement for the hotfix. The update also warns that some existing missions may briefly create duplicate structures as the game adjusts how it tracks them. According to the notes, this should be a one-time occurrence because structure references now persist more consistently.
Patch Notes: Hotfix Version 3.0.21.155335-rel-DangerousHorizons
The hotfix addresses mission-start failures, cleanup behavior, and collisions between structures created by separate missions.
- Fixes for many missions involving prebuilt structures, where the structures would not spawn preventing mission start
- Fixes for many missions involving prebuilt structures, where the structures would not cleanup on mission complete (this abides by the server settings)
- Fixes for prebuilt structure name collisions with existing structures from other missions, preventing new structures from spawning when they should have
- There may be cases where existing missions may spawn duplicate structures, this will be a once off as now prebuilt structures are tracked more closely and references persist like the didn’t before
