ICARUS Hotfix Cleans Up Cave Worms and Prebuilt Loot Problems
Version 3.0.21.155391-rel-DangerousHorizons fixes three issues involving cave worm spawns, prebuilt completion calls, and duplicated loot.

ICARUS received Hotfix Version 3.0.21.155391-rel-DangerousHorizons on August 1. RocketWerkz pushed the small update outside the usual schedule to address several issues without waiting for the next planned release, as detailed in the developer’s Steam announcement.
The update focuses on mission and loot behavior. One fix targets OFFENDER, which was not spawning cave worms as intended. The other changes prevent certain prebuilt locations from triggering completion twice or generating duplicate loot.
What the ICARUS Hotfix Changes
These corrections should make encounters and prebuilt areas behave more consistently. Players who run into OFFENDER or revisit prebuilt locations should see fewer problems with missing enemies, repeated completion calls, or extra loot spawns after updating.
