Gears of War: E-Day’s October 14 Patch Will Fix Bugs Across Campaign, Horde, and Versus

The planned update targets stability, campaign progression, Horde Siege, and Versus, while The Coalition says it has already corrected a Ranked placement issue.

The Coalition’s October 14 patch for Gears of War: E-Day is scheduled to address stability, campaign progression, and bugs across Horde Siege and Versus. The October 14 patch notes also say Ranked Versus placement matches should now assign skill divisions accurately after some players received incorrect placements following the mode’s October 13 launch.

The changes cover PC, Xbox, and handhelds, with fixes for memory use, login and account linking, the Social Menu, and problems affecting specific campaign chapters and multiplayer maps. Players who continue to encounter issues can send details through Gears Support.
