Diablo 4’s 3.2.2 Hotfix Fixes Elite Farming Exploit and Moophisto Loot
The October 2 update also restores the Bovine Bell and Udder's Milk drops from the Moophisto encounter.

Diablo 4’s first hotfix for patch 3.2.2 is live, fixing an Elite-spawning exploit in the Training Grounds and correcting Moophisto’s loot drops. Blizzard posted the update on October 2, 2026, in its official Diablo 4 forums.
The Training Grounds exploit let players use the Nemesis Bracers effect to repeatedly spawn Elite monsters, creating a way to farm both loot and reputation. The hotfix closes that route. It also fixes Moophisto, whose Bovine Bell and Udder’s Milk had only been dropping during the encounter before Season 15. Those items now drop again.
