Conan Exiles Enhanced Sets August 11 for Its Next Public Beta Test as Mod Contest Dates Move

Update 2.1.0 will enter the Public Beta Client at 4:00 PM on August 11, 2026, with test servers planned to remain available for about seven days.

Conan Exiles Enhanced is preparing for its next public test, with Update 2.1.0 scheduled to arrive on August 11, 2026. Funcom confirmed the timing in its August community update on Steam, which also shared new information about the Forge Your Legacy modding contest and community creations.

The update comes after July’s Patch 2.0.0, which began the Legacy of the Giant-Kings story arc. That release added The Cyclopean Halls dungeon and the Legendary Repair System, sending players beneath the Unnamed City in search of the arc’s ancient secrets. Our coverage of the Unnamed City expedition has more context on that opening chapter.

Update 2.1.0 will become available through the Public Beta Client at 4:00 PM on August 11, 2026. The test servers are planned to remain online for approximately seven days, giving players a limited window to try the update and report problems.

Funcom said feedback from the beta will help its team find bugs across gameplay and technical systems before future updates reach a wider audience. Patch notes for 2.1.0 will be posted in the Public Beta Client section of the Funcom Forums once they are published.

The Forge Your Legacy contest gets a one-week delay

Submissions for the Forge Your Legacy Community Modding Contest are now in, and the next stage will focus on reviewing the entries and selecting the winners. Funcom said the schedule has moved back by one week, with Dana’s illness cited as the main reason for the delay.

The updated deadlines are available in the contest’s revised forum thread. The announcement did not repeat the new dates in full, so creators should use that thread for the current schedule.

Conan Exiles creators receive new community highlights

The August update also showcased several creators and projects from the Exiled Lands. One featured build came from Willing-Review-158, whose tavern gives the game’s rough-and-ready survival setting a surprisingly cozy corner.

Eradicati0n was recognized for videos, guides, and other Conan Exiles content, including a look at what players can encounter inside The Cyclopean Halls.

MurningStar was also highlighted for tackling the dungeon’s challenges, giving viewers another perspective on the dangers waiting below the Unnamed City.

Finally, the update thanked Granny Gamester, who is moving on to new projects after ending her Conan Exiles journey. Funcom credited her with years of videos, creativity, and community contributions, and shared one of her latest videos as a farewell.

Players who want their own creations considered for a future feature can share builds, guides, streams, and other Exiled Lands stories with #ConanExiles.
