Conan Exiles Enhanced has launched the first part of Legacy of the Giant-Kings, a four-part story arc that takes players below the Unnamed City and into the Cyclopean Halls. The remaining three chapters will arrive over the coming months.
Funcom announced the launch in its Steam announcement, which introduces the Cyclopean Halls as one of the most dangerous locations in the Exiled Lands. The new chapter centers on Akhamet and the search for what remains of the ancient Giant-Kings.
Players will uncover buried secrets beneath the sands while facing the challenges hidden inside the halls. The story arc looks ready to give the Unnamed City a very different kind of tour, complete with dark tunnels, old mysteries, and plenty of reasons to keep a weapon close.
Part One also brings back Legendary repair. The requested system lets players restore worn Legendary weapons and armor, giving powerful endgame equipment more use before it becomes too damaged to rely on.
The release follows the launch of Conan Exiles Enhanced, which Funcom said reached the game’s highest concurrent player count since release. Legacy of the Giant-Kings will build on that foundation with more story content, systems, and adventures across its four chapters.
Funcom has also posted the full July patch notes for the release.
Part One is now live in Conan Exiles Enhanced. Share your thoughts on the Giant-Kings story and the return of Legendary repair in the comments, and follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, and Instagram.
