Hindsight 20/20 requires three Russian armor-piercing ammo packs, and each one is consumed when you stash it. Find the bunker beneath the mountain on Woods, then place one pack at each of three marked spots inside.

Requirements and objectives

The quest unlocks 6 hours after completing Route Deviation. No player-level requirement is stated.

Locate the bunker under the mountain on Woods.
Stash the first Russian armor-piercing ammo pack inside.
Stash the second Russian armor-piercing ammo pack inside.
Stash the third Russian armor-piercing ammo pack inside.

Needed equipment

Bring three packs from the compatible list below. The packs do not need to be found in raid. Each is removed from your inventory when placed, so one pack cannot satisfy multiple stash objectives.

How to complete Hindsight 20/20

Enter the bunker beneath the mountain on Woods.
Stash one ammo pack on the stool in the hallway.
Stash a second pack on the table with the portable stovetop in the hallway.
Take the final pack to the back-right room with the bunks and stash it on the chair.

Complete all three placements to finish the listed objectives. Each pack is used up at its placement point.
