Escape From Tarkov “Akimbo” Quest Guide
Complete two separate Lighthouse kill objectives using 7.62x39 and 7.62x51 weapons.
Ragman’s Akimbo quest requires six qualifying eliminations on Lighthouse, split between three with 7.62×39 weapons and three with 7.62×51 weapons. Each objective specifies that its kills must happen in one raid, and each target must be hit in the thorax or stomach.
Requirements and objectives
You must reach Ragman Loyalty Level 3 to obtain the quest. This is a trader loyalty requirement, not a character-level requirement.

Equipment
Bring a weapon and ammunition in the caliber required for the objective you are working on. No particular weapon model is specified. The two objectives require different calibers, so kills with one caliber do not count toward the other.
How to complete Akimbo
- Enter Lighthouse with a 7.62×39 weapon and eliminate three targets with shots to the thorax or stomach during one raid.
- Use a 7.62×51 weapon to eliminate three targets with shots to the thorax or stomach during one raid.
Both objectives carry their own one-raid condition. The listed requirements do not specify whether the two sets of kills must happen in the same raid, so treat each caliber objective as its own count rather than assuming progress can be spread across multiple raids.
