Nintendo’s Australian storefront apparently lists the rumored The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake for Switch 2 at AU$94.95. That points toward a price of roughly $59.99 USD and £50 UK, although Nintendo has not separately confirmed those regional prices. For now, the listing is a strong clue rather than a formal retail announcement.

Timing adds another layer to the listing. It surfaced ahead of Nintendo’s 40th Anniversary Direct on September 8, 2026, a presentation scheduled for 15:00 UK time. Nintendo has named Ocarina of Time among the Zelda-related topics for the broadcast, so the Direct could settle the game’s price and provide the first official details about the remake.
At roughly $60, the project would match Yoshi and the Mysterious Book while sitting below DK Bananza and above Star Fox 2026 in the Australian comparison. Nintendo’s current Switch 2 pricing spread puts Mario Kart World at $80, Donkey Kong Bananza, Pokémon Pokopia, and Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave at $70, and Star Fox and Splatoon Raiders at $50. A $60 price would place Ocarina of Time between those groups without revealing how much of the original game has been rebuilt.
