S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2’s Zone Sounds Are Now Available Beyond the Game

The Cost of Hope soundtrack is available through Spotify, alongside both sides of CNPP Radio: Freedom and Duty.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is giving the Zone a life beyond the screen. The game’s latest audio feature points players to the Cost of Hope soundtrack on Spotify, along with both sides of CNPP Radio: Freedom and Duty.

The Zone’s sound follows each journey through open routes, overgrown stretches, and abandoned interiors. Its presence grows stronger when the unknown draws near, even during quieter moments with a lowered weapon. Now, those sounds can accompany players outside the game.

GSC Game World shared the details in a Steam announcement alongside a YouTube video built around the Zone’s audio. The video description directs listeners to the Cost of Hope soundtrack on Spotify and to the two CNPP Radio sides, Freedom and Duty.

That gives fans a way to keep the game’s atmosphere close whether they want the expansion’s music or the competing radio broadcasts from the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The Zone is still dangerous, but at least its soundtrack is easier to take with you.
