Marvel Rivals Patch 20260820 Will Add Three Hero Bundles and Address Two Bugs

Marvel Rivals Version 20260820 will arrive on August 20, 2026, at 09:00 UTC, and the patch is scheduled to go live without server downtime. The update brings three character bundles to the store, although the new outfits will begin appearing on August 21.
The Steam patch announcement confirms that the version also addresses two hero bugs. Lady Loki’s lower-body animations will no longer contort when players use Hela’s Villain’s Illusion Team-Up Ability, while Hela should no longer become stuck after casting Astral Flock in Thoth’s Wrath zones on Wakanda maps.
Cyclops and Phoenix will receive limited-time bundles from August 21, 2026, at 02:00 UTC through September 18, 2026, at 02:00 UTC. Daredevil’s Attorney at Law Bundle will also become available on August 21 at 02:00 UTC, though the notes do not provide an end date for it.
The patch follows the August 13 update, which added the previous wave of summer events and store content.

- – Loki’s Twisted Team-Up: Fixed a bug where Lady Loki’s lower-body animations would contort when using the Hela Team-Up Ability (Villain’s Illusion). Illusions are one thing, but anatomical impossibilities are another! The Goddess of Mischief’s posture is now working perfectly as intended.
- – Hela’s Zero-G Stall: Addressed an issue where Hela could become paralyzed in place when casting Astral Flock after rising in Thoth’s Wrath zones on Wakanda maps. The Goddess of Death bows to no gravity; she’s back to soaring through the skies of Wakanda unhindered.
