A Reported Fourth GTA VI Clip Could Reveal More About Healing, Combat, and Wanted Levels

The alleged footage points to Zombix pills, a separate item wheel, expanded knife animations, and NPC reactions that can trigger fights.

Another batch of alleged Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay details is circulating, this time tied to a reported fourth leaked clip. The claims point to deeper healing and inventory systems, more elaborate knife combat, and wanted-level behavior that can change when NPCs notice Jason’s actions.

Four unconfirmed clips are now said to be circulating, with the first pair appearing on August 18 and newer footage showing a motorcycle theft, a refinery raid, and another look at Jason’s gameplay. DMCA takedown notices have reportedly followed, while AI-generated fakes are also circulating alongside footage that appears authentic.

The details remain unverified, so they should be treated as possible features rather than confirmed parts of the finished game. Even so, they paint a surprisingly specific picture of how smaller gameplay systems may work.

Vehicle theft may include a quieter option

When Jason approaches a vehicle, the alleged interaction menu offers two choices: “Smash Window” or “Clone Key.” Breaking a window is the familiar Grand Theft Auto approach, while cloning the key could offer a quieter way to take a car. The footage does not show how the second option works.

Healing items reportedly have their own management system

Zombix pills are said to restore health, but taking too many reportedly makes each later dose less effective. The alleged loadout includes eight weapon slots and space for two healing items: Zombix pills and epipen.

Healing is also separated from weapons through a dedicated item wheel. That would let players manage recovery items without cycling through the full weapon selection.

Knife combat and wanted levels may behave differently

The reported clip includes more knife animations than Red Dead Redemption 2, including the backhand slap animation seen in Trailer 2. If the footage is authentic, that overlap would support the idea that the cashier-robbery scene from the trailer was captured from gameplay.

The hunting knife is reportedly slower to use against enemies than the equivalent combat in RDR2. Jason’s wanted level is also said to disappear immediately after he kills a police officer, only to return when an NPC spots him driving the police vehicle.

Aiming may keep weapons ready

A nighttime sequence at an “Allied Crystal” refinery reportedly shows Jason using a Taser during a raid. While the weapon is equipped, the aiming reticle appears to remain on screen instead of appearing only after the player aims. That could allow faster hip-fire access, but the short clip does not establish whether the behavior applies across every weapon.

NPC interactions could lead to unexpected fights

Two interaction options, “Greet” and “Taunt,” are reportedly available when dealing with NPCs. Jason also reportedly searches bodies after one encounter in a brief looting animation, adding another small detail to the game’s interaction systems.

The leak also claims that lingering near homeless junkies can anger them and start a fight, adding another way for random encounters to turn hostile.

One particularly strange detail is less certain: ducks appear to die after hitting a bridge. Fast-food joints are also said to be back in the game.

The timing comes ahead of Rockstar’s scheduled August 27 extended look, which could provide a clearer look at the systems described in the leak. The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, premiering on Netflix at 3 p.m. ET before reaching the official Rockstar Games YouTube channel and the Grand Theft Auto VI website at 9 p.m. ET. Until then, the details are best viewed as unconfirmed hints rather than a final feature list.
