Pokémon GO players in the United States may be getting access to the Explorer Gadget, but the evidence currently points to a single account rather than a confirmed nationwide rollout. A player shared an in-game card marking the feature as NEW! and describing a tool that automatically throws Poké Balls and spins PokéStops while exploring.
The same player said they already own a GO Plus Plus, which makes the Explorer Gadget more of a backup than a replacement. It could still help on days when the accessory is left at home.
Access has looked uneven so far. Earlier reports described the Explorer Gadget working for one UK account and returning to at least one German player’s Bag in our earlier Explorer Gadget coverage. Another US appearance would add to that pattern, but it does not show that the feature is available across the country.
The screenshot comes from a single Reddit post, so US players should treat it as an account-level sighting for now. The post does not establish how the feature is being enabled or when wider access might arrive.
