League of Legends PBE Preview Hints at Gwen Healing and Kennen Damage Buffs
The August 4 preview also covers Camille, Poppy, ADC defenses, support quests, and a long list of Arena adjustments, but none of the changes are final.

League of Legends is testing another batch of balance changes on the PBE. The August 4, 2026 datamine points to stronger healing for Gwen, a more powerful ultimate for Kennen, reduced late-game scaling for Bel’Veth on Summoner’s Rift, and a long series of Arena adjustments.
The changes are still provisional. The datamine warns that PBE values can change before reaching live servers, while some bug fixes may not be visible through the current testing process.

Summoner’s Rift balance changes
Gwen would receive the clearest boost among the Summoner’s Rift champions. Her passive healing would increase from 50% of damage to 66%, while the passive healing cap would move from 10-25 (+6.5% AP) to 12-40 (+7% AP).
Kennen’s ultimate would also hit harder. Its damage per strike would change from 40/75/110 (+22.5% AP) to 40/80/120 (+25% AP). That raises the maximum damage from 300/562.5/825 (+168.75% AP) to 300/600/900 (187.5% AP). His ultimate’s bonus resistances would increase from 20/40/60 to 30/55/80.
Bel’Veth would move in the opposite direction. Her health growth would fall from 110 to 105, while the attack speed granted by her ultimate would change from 5/15/25% to 6/13/20%. The ultimate’s bonus size would also change from 5/15/25% to 5/13/21%. That gives her a small first-rank increase, followed by lower values at ranks two and three.
Sivir and Xayah would both receive the same magic resistance adjustment. Their base MR would rise from 30 to 33, while MR growth would drop from 1.3 to 1.1.
