THE FINALS Store Update 11.1.0 adds the Future Famous store refresh, shares the latest results from the Online Series, and fixes several startup and crash problems. Embark Studios’ Steam announcement also warns that the first launch after the update may take longer because of an anti-cheat software update intended to reduce boot errors.
The Future Famous store theme centers on contestants pushing beyond gravity and reaching for the stars. The update’s accompanying trailer features the new futuristic presentation.
The Grand Major 2026 reaches its halfway point
All three regions have crowned their Cycle 2 champions, putting the Online Series halfway through its path to The Grand Major 2026.
In EMEA, Five Fears leads with 175 points after surviving a late-tournament elimination. Carnifex previously described the importance of building a lead before the final two cycles, and the team now sits at the top of the regional standings.
ENVY won Cycle 1 in the Americas, but the race remains tight after the second cycle. Five teams are within 75 points of the lead, leaving plenty of room for the order to change before the regional winner earns a golden ticket.
APAC is led by KZ with 175 points after two top-two finishes. HIBOO won Cycle 2 and follows with 130 points, while DRG sits at 125. The region’s Top 16 stage takes place this weekend to determine which teams can earn points for Cycle 3.
The team with the most points after Cycle 4 will receive a direct invitation to The Grand Major 2026. Other teams will need to go through the qualifiers.
Cycle 3 sign-ups are open for the Americas and EMEA. Americas qualifiers begin on July 18, while EMEA qualifiers begin on July 25. Teams can register through the Americas sign-up page and EMEA sign-up page.
