Banana’s v1.2.22 patch lets you open cases right from your inventory
The update adds inventory case opening, the OSTnana skin, broader translation cleanup, and fixes for help popups, Prestige Points, and save stability.
Banana just picked up v1.2.22, and the headline change is simple enough to make collectors smile: cases can now be opened straight from the inventory. The update also adds OSTnana, an animated banana skin tied to the official soundtrack rollout.
Beyond the new toy, the patch spends time on cleanup. Translation text was refined across all 12 supported languages, the French, Turkish, and Russian exchange screens got a proper fix for “Gold,” and a few annoying bug fixes land on help popups, Prestige Points, and save reliability.

- Open cases from your inventory! Select a case, press Open, and your new skin is revealed on the spot — your inventory updates right away. Rolling out with the OST case for soundtrack owners.
- New skin: OSTnana — an animated banana skin celebrating the official soundtrack.
Improved
- Improved translations in all 12 languages — more natural, gamer-friendly wording and consistent game terms throughout.
- “Gold” is now properly translated in the French, Turkish, and Russian exchange screens.
Fixed
- Help popups (the “?” buttons) now appear in your language instead of English.
- Fixed exploits that could grant unintended Prestige Points — prestige totals are now tracked accurately.
- Made game saves more robust to prevent lost or corrupted progress.
