Unrailed 2’s experimental build is back with crash fixes and smarter bots

Unrailed 2: Back on Track received another experimental update on June 23, 2026, and this one keeps the focus on stability, versus mode fixes, and a few small quality-of-life tweaks.

The new v-900-771cba6 build is aimed at cleaning up crash regressions from the last experimental update while also tightening bot behavior in versus. The update also touches visual culling for item shadows and improves how bots handle track placement.

• Regression fix: Multiple crash fixes introduced with the last experimental update
• Bug fix: When adding a bot in versus, it was always added to team 0
• Bug fix: When switching teams in versus, a bot didn’t switch teams as well
• Improvement: Improved item shadow pop in/out from culling
• Improvement: Improved bot pathfinding for track placement
