S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 adds a fresh questline and a few rough edges get cleaned up
GSC Game World's Sealed Truth update adds a new questline that starts with Diode, along with loading screens and a handful of fixes for long campaigns.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl picked up Content Update Sealed Truth, and the headline change is a new questline that sends players into places tied to horrific experiments. The update also brings new loading screens and a couple of fixes aimed at long-running saves.
According to GSC Game World’s Steam post, the new questline begins when you talk to Diode. The studio also noted that players who run into performance or stability trouble after installing Sealed Truth should disable their mods.
Patch Notes
Sealed Truth is a small but useful update. The biggest addition is the new questline, but GSC Game World also addressed a campaign issue that could flood long saves with strong mutant types, and it fixed a mission bug tied to Dark as a Dungeon when players had already reached the point of no return. New loading screens round out the update.

The studio closed by saying the Zone keeps changing and asked players to keep sending feedback when they run into odd behavior. If Sealed Truth gives you trouble, the safest move is to turn off mods first and then check the support page above.
