Leak claims full Springfield map could arrive in Fortnite Simpsons crossover

Prominent Fortnite leakers are claiming that Springfield, the Simpsons’ iconic town, could be recreated as a full map in Fortnite as part of an upcoming Simpsons-themed mini-season. The claim, attributed to multiple leakers, says the short event will land around November 1 and that at least one confirmed point of interest is the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, where Homer Simpson works.

The crossover itself is already official, with Epic Games having confirmed a Simpsons collaboration. The leak reports build on earlier whispers about a limited-time Springfield map. Leakers suggest the entire map will be modeled on Springfield, though that does not mean the city will be full-scale. Most expect a condensed version with recognizable landmarks rather than a one-to-one replica. Reported and hypothesized points of interest include Evergreen Terrace, Moe Tavern, Springfield Elementary, Krusty Burger, and the nuclear plant, which multiple sources have singled out.

It’s sensible to expect some creative compromises. Fortnite crossovers typically shrink and stylize real-world or fictional locations to keep flow and gameplay intact, so Springfield would likely be built with playability in mind rather than tourism. The timing would dovetail with renewed Simpsons activity from Disney, which recently unveiled a follow-up Simpsons Movie that is due in 2027. Whether Epic plans to tie any in-game promos to that long-term schedule is unknown, but a short, seasonal crossover would be a tidy way to spotlight the franchise without conflicting with the movie timeline.

Fans have already started theorizing about what should be cut. A pared-down Springfield could still pack in familiar set pieces, character skins, and themed modes or creative assets for players to use. If the leakers are right, expect a mix of cosmetic drops, themed POIs, and limited-time gameplay twists.

The Springfield map report is a credible leak for now, but Epic does not confirm it in detail. The core facts to watch for are the November 1 mini-season timing, the nuclear power plant POI, and whether Epic chooses a condensed, gameplay-friendly version of Springfield.
