Delta Force just dropped an update on July 31 that’s packed with new events and some much-needed fixes. No downtime was needed, so players could jump right back in without hassle. The update adds fresh gameplay elements and weekly rewards that might just keep you hooked for the next week.
First up, there are Operations Events running from August 1 to August 7. The Covert Supply Box event adds a supply box to the Zero Dam Normal map. If you manage to extract with it, you unlock early weapon access and a cool special look for your gear. The highlight? The KC17 – Parade weapon skin. Then, there’s the Treasure Rat event where these sneaky rats randomly appear on maps and drop Treasure Map fragments. Collect enough fragments and you’ll be able to trade them for full Treasure Maps later on. Completing event missions rewards you with Armament Vouchers, which are always handy.
There are a bunch of Weekly Events too. Luck’s Favors simply asks you to play Operations matches to score rewards like the Random Keycard Copy Pack and the current Craftwork Lucky Pack. The Warfare Weekly Supplies and Operations Weekly Supplies events both reward you for playing matches with tokens and gear tickets that help you progress faster. The Expert Choice event is pretty neat. You log in, grab the K416 Assault Rifle, and then use it to complete missions and unlock even more goodies, including EXP tokens and vouchers.
There’s also the Tekniq Alloy Store, a limited-time shop open from August 1 to 7, where you can spend Tekniq Alloys on Quantum Keys, Armament Vouchers, and current Safe Box 7-Day Access Cards. And if you’re into scoring rewards with your Warfare points, the Final Score event lets you exchange those points for Quantum Keys and Armament Vouchers.
On the bug fix front, some tweaks were made to the Tide Prison map to balance positions and fix underwater visual glitches. A rare bug that incorrectly displayed Operators when they were eliminated before rescue was resolved, as did an issue with Smoke Grenades not putting out fires in Warfare mode. Also fixed were connection issues caused by repeated use of Sineva’s ability and incomplete display of Keycard Copy names.
All in all, this update adds some fun stuff to chase after and cleans up some annoying bugs. Will these events spice up your gameplay? Maybe! But hey, you gotta play to find out, right?
