Genshin Impact is gearing up for its next big update, Version 4.3, “Roses and Muskets,” set to launch on December 20th. This update will bring an exciting mix of new characters and festive events to the game.
The Fontinalia Festival will be a key attraction in the new update. Players will have the chance to embark on a unique cinematic journey. Furina will direct, and characters like Kamisato Ayaka and Ayato will star as actors, with the Traveler coordinating the action. This setup promises to add a rich narrative dimension to the gameplay.
The festival will feature engaging mini-games. One highlight is a marksmanship challenge. Success in these games will earn players Theater Tickets, which they can exchange for rewards, including the “Ultimate Overlord’s Mega Magic Sword,” a desirable four-star Claymore.
The update will introduce two new characters. Navia, a powerful 5-star Geo wielder, and Chevreuse, a 4-star Cryo user, will offer players new strategies and team compositions.
TCG lovers will be excited to know that Genius Invokation TCG will expand with new cards and NPCs. The addition of the limited-time mode, Heated Battle, will bring even more excitement to the TCG gameplay.
The update will also include significant quality-of-life improvements. A new “one-click function” will make collecting rewards and managing Artifacts more efficient. Players will be able to organize their Artifact collections with greater ease.
A new feature, Artifact Set Recommendations, will be introduced. It will allow players to see how others have customized their characters with Artifact Sets, providing insights and strategies for character building.
