Warframe Hotfix 43.5.3 Notes Cap Surge Eximus Range at 50m
The Amir's Shockwave hotfix also addresses Amp input problems, shader-cache crashes, and several Surge Eximus bugs.

Digital Extremes published the notes for Warframe: Amir’s Shockwave Hotfix 43.5.3 on August 18, 2026. The small hotfix focuses on Surge Eximus behavior, Amp input problems, sound settings, and crash prevention. The complete changelog is available through the official Warframe forums.
The biggest combat adjustment gives the Surge Eximus electricity ability a maximum casting range of 50 meters. The ability also receives fixes for interactions with Banshee’s Silence, invisible players, and damage ticks. Its total electric-shock damage remains unchanged.
Players using the Tempera Amp Skin should also note that the fix currently applies to Drifter Amps. Operators can still encounter the Alt-Fire problem, and Digital Extremes recommends using another Amp skin until that issue is resolved.
