War Thunder 2.59.0.46 Boosts Nuclear Escalation Supply Capacity
Supply columns carry 50% more cargo, while factories produce supplies 25% faster.

War Thunder Update 2.59.0.46 targets Nuclear Escalation’s supply network, increasing supply-column cargo capacity by 50%, factory supply production by 25%, and storage at depots in tactical assembly areas by 50%. The Steam patch notes also address convoy movement problems that could stall traffic or prevent new columns from being dispatched.
Convoys can resume movement after running-gear repairs, opposing columns no longer block each other on roads, and tanks assigned to a stronghold garrison no longer count as active convoys that prevent new dispatches. Elsewhere, the update corrects bomb and explosive mass values, adds a missing AIM-9B modification for the F-86E(M) (Israel), removes an incorrect Object 416 modification with compensation for purchases, and lowers the PGZ88’s cannon volume. It follows Update 2.59.0.43’s missile-fragment fix and vehicle-pool revisions.
War Thunder Update 2.59.0.46 Patch Notes
Aircraft
- Mk.M2 540 lb — bomb mass has been corrected from 213 kg to 255 kg; visual model replaced with a more accurate one. Source: AP101B-3101 & 2-15C Jaguar GR.1A & T.2A Aircrew Manual – Navigation / Attack and Armament Systems.
- H.E. M.C. 540 lb — explosive mass has been adjusted from 97 kg to 94 kg. Source: AP101B-3101 & 2-15C Jaguar GR.1A & T.2A Aircrew Manual – Navigation / Attack and Armament Systems.
- F-86E(M) (Israel) — the missing AIM-9B modification for the corresponding missiles has been added. A bug that caused the 1000 lb bombs and AIM-9B missiles to require the wrong modifications for their use has been fixed.
- P-47D-27 (USSR), P-47D (Germany) — an issue where the armored glass was missing has been fixed. (Report).
Ground Vehicles
- Object 416 — the mistakenly present artillery support modification has been removed. (Report). Silver Lions and Golden Eagles spent on purchasing the removed modifications will be compensated.
Nuclear Escalation
- An issue where convoy vehicles would not resume movement after carrying out running gear repairs has been fixed.
- An issue where a vehicle with a knocked out driver would not continue moving after the crew was swapped has been fixed.
- An issue where oncoming convoys would block each other on roads has been fixed.
- Supply columns now transport 50% more cargo, and their factories produce supplies 25% faster. Depots in tactical assembly areas now hold 50% more cargo, ensuring that armored vehicle depots better sustain the pace of forming tank and self-propelled gun columns, even when supply columns are lost.
- An issue where tanks stationed in a stronghold’s garrison were counted as active convoys, blocking the dispatch of new convoys from armored vehicle depots has been fixed.
Sound
- PGZ88 — the excessively high volume of the cannons has been reduced.
Other
- An issue where a player was awarded mission points for death when destroyed by an AI-controlled aircraft has been fixed. Those points are only intended to be awarded to a player when they are destroyed by another player or a named bot (a player substitute).
