The First Descendant’s June 12-18 abuse sweep hit 358 users

The notice covered June 12 through June 18, 2026 PDT and included permanent bans, a trading restriction, and a large batch of matchmaking penalties.

The First Descendant logged another week of action against abusive behavior, with 358 users hit between June 12 and June 18, 2026 PDT.

The bulk of those penalties came from unusual gameplay activity. The developer issued a 3-day separate matchmaking penalty to 352 users and a 30-day game access restriction to 1 user.

Two users also received permanent game bans for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs, while another 2 users were permanently banned for exploiting all processes related to the Open Store payment process. One additional user was handed a 7-day trading restriction after abnormal transaction records were detected.

The studio said the enforcement was based on player reports and internal monitoring, and it again asked players to use the in-game report feature if they spot abnormal or abusive behavior. Anyone disputing an Open Store payment-related action should go through Customer Service on the official website, while chargeback disputes need to be handled through the platform store used for the payment.
