The First Descendant Hotfix 1.4.4b Targets Ultimate Yujin’s Loadout Bug
The Conquest Solo leaderboard reset for Ultimate Yujin is scheduled for October 2 at 01:40 PDT.
The First Descendant Hotfix 1.4.4b addresses a bug that let Ultimate Yujin’s buff persist after a Loadout change in Karel’s Mothership. It also fixes an occasional connection warning tied to a Tactical Mobility Teleporter in Axion Plains. It follows the broader October 1 Patch 1.4.4 update, which introduced the broader October 1 Patch 1.4.4 update across Steam, Xbox, and PS5.
The Steam notice lists October 2, 2026, at 00:30 PDT as the patch time across Steam, XBOX, and PS5. It says the patch requires no client download. Players who were in-game were instructed to return to the title screen and reconnect, with a warning that the game may close if they do not reconnect within one hour of the patch.
For Karel’s Mothership: Conquest, the notice says Descendant Loadout and module changes will be restricted. Because the bug affected leaderboard results, records for Ultimate Yujin on the Conquest Solo board are scheduled to reset at 01:40 PDT. The Conquest rules separate Solo rankings by Descendant and distinguish Normal and Ultimate versions.
